This can be done over the phone or via email found on the <a href=\"http:\/\/techguruhelpdesk.com\/index.php\/contact-us\/\">Contact Us<\/a> page.<\/p>\n<p>All you need to do is give us a call and go to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.teamviewer.com\/en\/download\/index.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">Teamviewer download<\/a> page and we&#8217;ll walk you through the rest.<\/p>\n<h3>When are remote connections recommended<\/h3>\n<p>Remote connections work best under the following conditions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Online and have a good internet connection<\/li>\n<li>The issue is 100% software related<\/li>\n<li>The device is able to turn on and boot into the Operating System<\/li>\n<li>The customer is willing to let a technician use their computer while talking with them on the phone and is okay to leave him unattended if the customer needs to leave the computer<\/li>\n<li>The customer doesn&#8217;t need to use the computer while the remote connection is active.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Unsure if a remote connection will work for your situation?
